
DUMKA 2026 – A multidisciplinary mental health support system in Prague
Project goals
- Providing specialised multidisciplinary psychosocial support to highly vulnerable refugees from Ukraine (children, adults and seniors), including people with serious chronic, psychiatric or oncological diagnoses.
- Coordinating support through a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, case managers and intercultural workers, in cooperation with hospitals, schools, child protection authorities (OSPOD), the Police of the Czech Republic and other institutions in resolving complex cases.
- Preventing the deterioration of refugees’ mental health and their social decline, and supporting their long-term integration and ability to take a full part in life in Prague.
The project is implemented with financial support from the City of Prague.
