Support for (not only) the mental health of children and adults from Ukraine — phase 2
Support for (not only) the mental health of children and adults from Ukraine – phase 2
The project focuses on psychosocial support for particularly vulnerable children and their families who left Ukraine unexpectedly as a result of the war. Because of their special needs, these children require continuous support and development.
Activities implemented within the project:
- Each family will receive an individual plan including both assessment and therapy for the child (neuropsychologist, child psychologist, art therapist, speech therapist) and psychosocial consultations for parents/caregivers. These consultations, provided by a family psychologist and an intercultural worker, will focus on strengthening psychological resilience, skills and awareness of available services in healthcare, social services and integration into Czech society.
